Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Loyal Soldiers. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
To start a return*, you can fill out the online form via our website or contact us at info@loyalsoldiers.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number and returns address.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
The best and most efficient way to streamline your return, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you a coupon for the value of the return you then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will be able to evaluate and respond quickly to resolve the issue

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please be advised it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@loylasoldiers.co.uk
Shipping
- Please send the product back to the following Address: Loyal Soldiers Returns, 64 Clough Lea, Marsden, West Yorkshire HD7 6DN.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable!
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, to ensure that your returned item is received, use a postal service that includes tracking and proof of delivery.
- Please ensure you enclose a copy of the invoice you received when you purchased the item.
